Choose a Holistic Coaching

I love to see people thrive. I believe that we are given gifts to develop and use to better our lives and the lives of those around us. So I created Living in the Gift a set of three guiding simple tools that will unlock your inspiration and energy.

Different from therapy or traditional business coaching, I focus on the ways you are doing great, the special abilities you have right now and how those can be leveraged to bring more joy and satisfaction into your life, and of course resolve roadblocks and challenges.

When we get stuck and can’t seem to move on, we often experience depression, anger and anxiety. Reframing the challenge and looking at it from a different perspective, practicing new ways of responding can be all that it takes to reengage and pursue our dreams and aspirations.
